How do I book an appointment?
1. Create an account
In order to book an appointment with a vet, you first need to create an account. You can easily do this through Facebook, Google or your email address. If you sign up by email, you’ll receive a link to login. Didn’t receive an email? Please make sure to check your spam folder.
2. Booking an online appointment
Click on ‘consultations’ at the top of your screen and hit ‘book consultation’. Select the time that best suits your schedule and fill in the information about your pet. You’re now ready to click on “book consultation”. Check your booking details, click on “I have a promo code” and type in PETBNB100 to get your free consultation! Finally, you’ll get a confirmation by email with details of your consultation.
3. After your call
After your call, the vet will write down all the notes from your conversation. You can find the entire conversation report of the veterinarian in your account at a later time. This way you will always have the advice for your pet at hand, if you want to reread it or download it.
After all, if we’ve got our personal health files then it’s just as convenient for your pet to have one!
